Ok so I will have to make my point a bit simpler for others.
A lot of this thread is about the use of Battersea Powerstation, in a stylistic way in adds. Then we have some talk about the Hazelwood powerstation and what comes out of it's stack. Is it steam etc?
When coal is burnt, the CO2 goes out the stack, you can't see it in the visible light spectra. There can be steam, from other stacks.
The radioactive , mercury laden fly ash goes to landfill.( depending on the coal source), some is used in building products.
So is the use of what is so obviously the power station used on the Pink Floyd album cover a misrepresentation, or a use of imagery, or an attempt to deceive or clever marketing?
I go for clever marketing, look at how much time is being spent debating it.
