Certainly a JV with the Chinese is out as they generally look for 20-30 year supply, so that only leave minor steel producers who are doing it tough atm anyway. This will be hard to get up and running in any meaningful way. I'm a long term holder but this is somewhat disappointing and the market will loose interest hence sp decline.
