My thoughts above are ,of course, assuming the SEC has or will give them the go ahead before then.
Maybe the go ahead will not be given by the SEC until after the SPP is done and dusted.
If that is the case I hope MR has another announcement up his sleeve before then - I would hate to see the SPP under subscribed, for the companies sake that is
