Sealy made a mistake in 1 issuing 2 million shares to the Koidak mob ( for what commitment by them exactly) ..and allowing them to price the placement at VWAP less 15% . Koidaki are ree to dump their 2 million shares ( or lend the stock to someone else who also dumps) ..which is in their interest .
Sealy should be makinga firm placement now to those he says have an interest..and using the funds to BUY back MIK stock ..given that it has been independently ?valued at 20 cents.
Alternatively he could announce an entitlement issue..which will attract buyers .
Presently their is a big attraction to sell ..and participate in the SPP.
