At the moment Gemco have done nothing on their sea based tenements. When they do make moves in that direction you and other members of the HC forum, while not being the first to know, will be informed ASAP. I'm privvy to all communications between Gemco and the ALC on a number of issues, including the sea based tenements, much of what goes on on land and all of that which concerns their MMA.

I'm involved in formal and informal forums when the ALC and Gemco communicate on a number of matters, but not all.

I'm also privvy to ALL communications between the ALC and Got and the ALC and Governments in matters concerning the sea based tenements. I have access to all communications from both re the sea based issue. It's my job. I also assist in drafting much of the communications that originate from the ALC and from the TO's forum re sea bed mining in regard to all with those with who they communicate. I also assist in drafting media releases. Also my job. No communication on this issue is generated without my input, although I do not always hold sway in regard to the finished products. This is a team effort. And I'm part of the team. Again my job...and a very interesting one too I might add.

I also brief journalists, and I am briefed in turn by them. I also brief politicians, and have off the record conversations with them.

Once again you have implied that there is something improper with my relationship with Gemco and that somehow it constitutes a conflict of interest on this issue. But I don't care, speculate and muddy the waters all you like in regard to that issue.

This morning I travelled to the ALC on a public highway built and maintained by Gemco (should I have bush bashed to distance myself from them?) had two conversations with Gemco personal in regard to their sea based tenements and one in an attempt to find the cost per tonne in the process of mining mn. Does that constitute a conflict of interest? I was also phoned by one journalist re the sea based issue, in turn initiated a phone call to another, and had a conversation with an NLC employee re the same.

That's what I do for a living.
