The fact of the matter is (if you bothered to read the MD's report) that the company was on the brink of collapse. Money is the issue at times like this and you get it where you can and when you can.

If you had been at the EGM (perhaps you were and you had a hearing impediment) you would have heard that Sealy has flown all over the world looking for money and it has been very hard to get. I agree with the writer about KODIAK they are not there for the short term flick and a bit of research on your part would have seen this.
