I dont recall issue of options to directors in this company in recent years. So who suggested this. i have no issue with management staff and diligent directors getting rewarded. But have to go along with Oscar on this one. These new directors have to earn their way.

So I would suggest offering up some alternative directors at next opportunity.

Silvercrow, to do road shows with investment community, Playez to overseas all cosmetics and shampoos. Bioshareswoman to test all products.

These committed shareholders would do the job diligently, for a POH Showbag every Easter.

In fact I dont recall ever hearing anything positive about non-executive directors of POH.

The good news is they might have been chosen because they dont meddle or interfere. Just turn Up every year for their freebies (oppies and showbags) have a cuppa and some free bikkies and go home.
