Jackpot: "A Chinese company in disguise on the ASX !" What kind of "disguise" are you on about?? It has been pretty clear, I believe - to all the longterm holders of ORD - that ORD is the "Australian arm" of a Chinese company's strategic investments outside China.
In my view, the IPO of SARCO could be done as a double listing on both the ASX and the HK stock exchange (the latter also being seen correctly as "off-shore" for Chinese companies). That would make raising large sums really easy! JIMHO, of course. Time will tell.
