Massey it's not me hoping property will fall to such an extent that I can put a roof over my families head. So I do understand your hope and wishful thinking that event unfold to your wishes .as for rents you might find most of my leases are 10x10x5 with 4% yearly increases with no outgoing. While you may wish for people like me to feel the brunt, I can assure you anyone in commercial property has already had LVR's ran right over by any institution and they are very low or no money will be lent or they have been forced to reduce debt. And for me after the GFC commercial is still coming off a low base returning 10 to 13% for decent properties.
