I understand that haemitite, otherwise I would've just gone projected earnings for 2011 ~70cps, apply p/e of 10 and you get a value of $7 ps. I'd be happy to enter long around $10-$12. There's too much of future potential priced in at $15+, many things can and will go wrong. Look at FMG, if they achieve 400mtpa then they'll be trading at a PE of 2-3, why should I go long ILU when FMG represents better future PER value?
