I think that a lot of people are panicking and selling out. That factor would have then been compounded with the activation of stop losses, and possibly, if available to the market, it would have also caused some marging calling and CFD's. OUCH !!!!!

On reading over the announcement again, I really couldn't see in it any real reasons for major concerns. Only the fact that they estimated a Capex of around $700million dollars and the postponememt of the beginning of the mining production date. Yes, there has been a little concern about the DSO to offset some of initial Capex, but I think that that could be resolved if the proposed JV will come to fruition. After all, the end results and the grade of our ores after benificiations are very good indeed, and with very low impurities, if any.

The only concern that I have at this point in time, is that anyone that would come in now as a JV partner, would not like to pay much more than the current sp. As far as we know, the prospective JV partner that is sitting on the sideline now, could very well be playing a very big part along the lines to push the sp down as much as they could.
I have full faith in Tony that he would not succomb very easily for that.

Finally, let's not forget that the annoucement regarding the PFS is only in relation to Phase 1 of the project and we still have more to come. Besides it is my opinion that once we spent that money in infrustructures to get going, some of the infrustructer will still be there for the next Phases of mining, thus reducing the future costs of production.

Cheers to all, and please DYOR.

    Buddy
