lp longterm is median income to house price over the past 90 years. i based my calculations on median household income in the country. Not every family in the prop market has a dual income, a good portion have a single income. Thats why its realistic to look at median household income when c?nsidering the 4.5 longterm valuation. If i based my calcs on median wage the 30 pecent overvaluation would be more like 50 percent.
