Tim,
No one is sure of when it will be released or if it has even been released yet. All we know is that there has been a delay. The only date released on there activity's report is a round about estimate of the 15th of May. I would also like to think that Michael Evens will stay true to history and update the market as to when this finally happens. So from where I'm standing the rig hasn't been released.(opinion) I hope I'm wrong and it's a day away, but until then I'm going to go earn some cash and make some drinks.
