One thing you should be encouraged to do IS take up the SPP.
The whole point of it is to raise funds for Phase 3 of the trials.
Without the money going straight through to Prima then they might not be able finance through to completion & then where would we & the share price be.

Luckily , apparently , they had to scale back some of the " institutional investors " initial demands , so they could go back to them .

So we should be ok but to suggest buying on the open market is definitely not the way to approach the moving forward of Prima's life saving treatments & ultimately our share price.
