Well done to QMN in my books! They are securing a team of highly skilled persons with senior posts in some quite prominent companies and projects across the world.

How can what some negative posters consider a dog of a company achieve this? Obviously QMN has a lot more going for it than some miffed short term traders care to acknowledge.

Recruiting is a 2 way process peoples. Both parties must want the same thing. If it is not conducive to those joining they won't. Same with anybody looking for a job. I know I will not take a position with a company unless I am satisfied with the company credentials and products or services. I am sure many would agree.

Sure some of you will suggest I am wrong, and it is all about money. If that is true then QMN are going to be paying out bucketloads of cash in salaries and retainers before selling anything from the ground. As rightly stated earlier, such recruitment takes place over time and several meetings, and believe me... at directorship levels it is not always about the money.

So how do QMN get such great directors on board? Obviously there is more to the QMN story than mere HotCopperites can fully comprehend at present.
