Warnie - 'great time to be in property.' - the last 12 months in Perth certainly have been. 10% on a ~500k investment is excellent.
Kincella - 'if you want to know about the property market, just take the opposite strategy or view to that which is promoted by the bears on here...' - I was telling people not to buy in Perth a year ago. Was I wrong?
LesPaul - 'Warnie i see they have graciously accetped they were wrong. lol' - I have never said they would go up in June, although I do expect them before the end of the year. However, as Perth indicates, the mining boom, or lack of rate rises, are insufficient to make property a terrible investment over the last 12 months.
Sorry to dwell on one city. But as UT suggests, I have to know my specific market ;)
