Nervous.You cannot be serious.Oip has 155 million shares 72 million voted for the new directors.I and a number of my mates are shareholders in oip however we did not vote as we thought the results were a certainty as the esg founders and their mates own a very large percentage of the oip stock.( we would have voted for the new directors also).Our group has a very substantial holding in esg as well and we would certainly entertain a scrip for scrip sale of oip for esg paper.
