CW,
not only did I see the equivalent of a margin call in my home loan but I am pretty sure there was a clause in their written in legal terms which basically said "if we want to take your house from you we can"
it would be an interesting exercise on this forum for everyone to go through their contracts and report here all the dodgy things they find! :)
might get a few surprises!!
