got a few more today, was too tempting as I know that the chance of this deal going through and MAK finally being noticed is huge IMO,,,all the variables are pointing to good value.
Market has been killed the past few months.
Finally looks like we have the investor we needed
Phosphate becoming more and more important due to food demand in future, weather patterns, increased populations, less suitable fertile land...ect
We have the largest know resource in Australia which makes it a big deal..
If oil keeps going up, freight will increase, cost wise, our farmers can use our local product instead of imports from Morocco,,,ect

This is just my opinion,,seems to have good support in low 40's so I am taking a punt and hoping this is the bottom...I am loaded for the long term, hopefully this is the last time we see the low 40's ever again,,,VERY POSSIBLE...
