2 ways

After 8 months of promises and no delivery re JV, or production. It comes down (IMO) to
1) a jv with someone like Exco (who are keeping 100 mil) for JV after return to shareholders,
2) a cap raising after admitting(or not) that by appointing quality staff they are incompetent in achieving a JV.
3) neither in the short term , which means that all previous annoumcements are as we suspected ( GUANO ).
You would hope for more!
