Evening folks - I have somewhat of an update to share with you regarding my asking of management to consider producing monthly PENOA and PENOC Top 20 Holders lists.

As you may recall, I emailed the company with my request/suggestion at lunchtime on Thursday of last week.

All long time holders like myself know full well how expeditiously our emails are invariably responded to by HQ. From my experience, they stand out from the crowd, or at least right up there with the best when it comes to communicating with their shareholders.

With that thought in mind, it surprised me somewhat that I hadn't as yet received a reply. Nobody's perfect, I know, and for all I knew, my email might have been lost in the internet, or, HQ might have been exceedingly busy. Heaps of potential reasons why, no doubt.

So, I sent off another email this morning, this time to Executive Assistant Tania Spinella and it read as follows - "Good Morning Tania. Just on the off chance the email I sent last Thursday to info@pel was misplaced, I now send to you a copy of said correspondence. Regards *****".

Four minutes after I sent today's email, Tania responded with one of her own. "Thanks ***** it was received. We will not be placing a Top 20 for PENOA and PENOC on the website".

OK - well that pretty much clears up whether my initial email made it through the internet ether! :)

This response, however, still left me wondering whether shareholders are able to view the lists, so I sent off another email this morning.

Specific to this aspect, I asked the following. "....given Management have obviously decided not to make this information available to the general public, if a shareholder of our company wishes to view our Top 20 PENOA and PENOC holders lists, is there another avenue open to us? As an example, can I, or any shareholder, ask to have this information sent to us?

If that option is available to shareholders, I'd like to have a copy sent to me. If that option is not open to me, am I as a shareholder able to come to HQ and view them on site? Regards *****".

When I hadn't heard back after a few hours, being a little 'green' to this type of situation, I spoke to someone 'in the know' and was told that under Section 173 of the Corporations Act, shareholders are entitled to view said lists.

As of writing this post, I have not as yet received a follow up response from Tania or anyone else from HQ. If, or presumably, when I do, I will let you know.
