Once the licence has been signed by the minister, then we will see it 7c+ IMO. Oppies look set to be converted by Dec 31 with absolute ease. I think we can get the oppies to 3-4c by expirey. Maybe a little more. Very very cheap entry point IMHO. 1.3c atm is a steal.
