From what "I understand" quote I'm open to correction
A company (PEN) is required to keep an updated copy of their share register for any one to see on request but no copies may be taken you have to take Pen and paper and record what you want,or alternatively you can purchase the share register from their share register company IE Compushare/Link etc but they charge a pretty dollar for them I've heard some hundred of dollars
Why do you want to know the top holders in the Ops ??
Some here and no doubt some Institutional large holders enjoy that anonimity that not publishing provides ;)
