Agree mug, an announcement could see AVB rebound VERY strongly, although there are a lot of shares out there, they have been tightly held and holding up relatively well, which bodes well for the short to medium term sp, and we could see (with a solid ann) the sp double quickly from here and easilly fall back into the 15-20c range, long term however is why i am in avb, i have started planning for the $1 party in 2012! optimistic - maybe, but DYOR and you will discover the risk/reward ratio is just too good with AVB currently, and we are due for a VERY strong correction
