In Adelaide there's alot of builders out of work.This has created another problem for the tradie,who doesnt work for any builders.All the plumbers,sparkies etc that were tied to builders are now working in the open market,and are undercutting the other guys that just work for themselves.New building approvals in Adelaide have dropped dramatically in the last quarter.Things are really slowing up here. On another note,I heard an investor on the radio the other day(who has a block of 20 units)complaining about land tax in this state.I'm sure the guys lining up at the soup kitchen,and he wants people to feel sorry for him.He's probably made that much in the past,but cant handle it now.Some pigs need areality check.
