rod178 - interesting reading, those 2 articles you posted here - shows us that the issues surrounding RE are quite complex and possibly beyond the grasp of average investors to analyse in sufficent detail. Add to that the need to remove layers of spin and BS contained in company announcements and it becomes very difficult to see clearly what matters and what not.
