Geez, I don't know, look I am bullish on PRR but it's a dangerous thing to stake your all on only one thing. Some ideas burned into my brain by the GFC is: if you are in the stockmarket, you have the power to destroy your capital every day. There are events beyond your control. You will always make mistakes, the question is whether you hold on to them or admit them and discard them. Rule number one, don't lose money. Rule number two, don't lose money.
Take risks but be careful. There are many sharks in these waters ready to take your capital from you.
Nobody ever went broke taking a profit.
