I have had enough re Frank and his shares. Absolutely pathetic .I can see why BIGONE doesnt post here anymore. This is my last post. As I said Frank called me out of courtesy after the annoucement was made. The main reason he actually sold was because his mother needed the funds (not that this is any of our business). He sold just on $123,000 worth yet he still holds 4.4 mill in shares and options. oh no there must be something wrong so why dont you ask him why he didnt exercise and/or trade the lot? Peter CEO bought 800,000 shares which hardly anyone values. Frank is on $170,000 - which in my book is just above the poverty line with a young family living in Sydney- Despite this posters are saying the sky is falling in and/or there must be something sinister going on. What do you want from the guy? a stat dec saying he sold because his mother is ill! . Frank also discussed with me his wish to post his phone number on my post on monday if anyone wanted to query him. I declined his request. I have close to 9 million shares through several holdings, I dont want narrow minded people to bug him for a lousy $123,000 of share sales (when he still holds over 4 mill) whilst he works 24/7 to bring 5 major projects worth over a billion dollars to market. If you are so concerned then why dont you offer to the board to pay him more salary like the previous directors and managers were on so he doesnt have to sell his shares- OH NO then the same lot of whingers would probably be complaining that the remuneration policy of the company is SO out of wack and not justified maybe even criminal.Please if you are so affected by Frank selling his small parcel of shares then SELL yours and go buy BHP or Teltra shares. These coys will fit your profile for trading shares better.
