Roger1: As you mention - resp. the paragraph you are quoting: "....the well approval process with the local authorities which is an important condition ....etc." IF that NW Europe project should be the one in Switzerland that some alluded to here on HC (even though I still do not believe that Switzerland is in NW Europe - but other than that, the description might fit that Celtique Energie's project in the Neuchatel area) and IF furthermore as I would expect for that Swiss project (IF it is the one) the project would aim at SHALE GAS drilling, then personally I would think that there may be some resistance by the local persons and hence the local authorities might for political reasons simply not be willing to give "approval"... Time will tell. I would personally not be surprised to read about a further extension period, as such locally sensitive issues might drag the process out further. The Greens are really quite mighty now in both Germany and Switzerland and they want to REJECT anything that is not 100% O.K. in their narrow view of things...
So, IMHO: A lot of waiting ahead. Hope to be wrong on this, of course.
