    ccon,

You made a profit, that is the main thing. I hope your shares went to me and not wah nam. :)

True, BRM management have been disappointing. They have a lot to answer for. I don't suppose for a second that it's easy to negotiate a rail deal, but having said that I strongly feel that BRM management misled shareholders into thinking that negotiations were advanced or in final stages. Show me the proof of that. I bet there isn't any. Maybe ASIC should investigate BRM board for that?

I am annoyed that BRM allowed and even encouraged Wah Nam to get to this point. Why did WR sell his shares to Wah Nam just before the takeover offer? If they really wanted Chinese 'connections' surely they could have done better than a 2 bit limo company with no iron ore experience.

Now that Wah Nam have taken control they have shown absolutely no direction at all. I reckon that's intentional, until they reach their objectives. We can all speculate till the cows come home what they are. I'm waiting to find out what they are. I don't have a massive holding and I've done well enough on other shares to not have to sell. I'll stay till the end and use BRM as a tax write off if it comes to that.
