Nothing wrong with SDG in fact I nearly bought yesterday and today.
They have a beautiful porfolio of projects but the market is concerned obviously about interest rates and the housing sector here.
Dubai project will blitz it imho. There's a boom over there that isn't stopping. I know. My advisor, who is a relative there, is the next best thing to the Trade Comisssioner.
Projected 30% growth rate in immigration annually will boost things somewhat for many years to come.
SDG is an excellent investment which is thinly held and therefore very volatile.
