If you read through the original notice the options were originally considered for issue when the fully paids were trading at 4.4c (ie they were out of the money).

They might not cost anything but right now they will cost the holders 5c to convert them. Obviously for that to be worthwhile the sp is going to want to be somewhere North of here and I can't see why that would be bothering anyone right now given these guys are the drivers of the company.

imo (speaking as a shareholder) our interests and those of the directors are most perfectly alligned.
