Yep I've already stated in onother post my involvement with Gemco. I was a Lecturer with CDU berween 1996-2006 and under a memorandum of understanding between the Universtity and GEMCO I worked full time (1997-2003) in partnership with BHP to establish their employment strategy. And I coordinated the Training and I delivered some training. And Gemco paid CDU big bucks to secure my services.

I championed that Strategy for many years and actually continue to do so. I gave 100% at the time to that Project. I wore a Gemco uniform as a safety requirement too, and to identify myself as one of the team. I wore that uniform with pride, feeling that it represented something that was good and honourable in terms of that project. The whole experience was great, very fulfilling at a personal level while at the same time empowering the aborigines who worked their to take control of their own destinies and become valued members of the work force, not reliant on Governments to place their daily bread on the table.

I'm proud of my achievements there. And am even more proud that we set up a Program that has endured, been multi-awarded and one which I believe is world class and represents a wonderful exemplar that can be achieved by hard work, team work, cross-cultural awareness and rigorous systemic and personal evaluation and auditing.And I commend Gemco for their on going commitment to that Strategy!!!

What's your implication? I know what it is, but state it again. Are you suggesting that my involvement there disqualifies me from passing comment and opposing, in GR's project, in my opinion, one of the most radical and risky mining initiatives in the history of Australia?

If trying to get people to think about this GR, in my opinion, lunacy, and in my opinion, not much more than an intitiave to advantage the major share holders rather than the average Joe shareholder, or indeed the TO's of the Archipelago, then I am playing mind games.

You can make me the issue all you like, and indulge in your personal insults and ridicule...but the real issues will still remain.

I offended somebody I respect on this forum yesterday in the person of Buzbarker. In response to you and Maso1, who are apparently not even SH's, and you paticularly who indulge in what you obviously think is comedic commentary, I posted with brutal black commedy and satire my assessment of the realities of the situation. Because I posted in that manner, and that I offended Buzbaker, I, n fact do offer him my apology.

I'll repeat what I posted to him. I post with serious intent. This is not a game to me. Although at times, in my opinion, it appears that it is a game to you. If anybody should apologise to Buzbarker, in my opinion it is you.
