The SP wasn't failing, it was static
with some downward pressure on SP
possibly due to selling heads for cash to convert options
soon the 43m in the money options to be converted for $7.5m in the coffers
news due re: revised resource statement
POS has rebounded from over-correction levels
sounds like a safe tip to me
