where does fml go from here?, page-12

I have been in and out of FML & it has been dissappointing.

Many expected it to be profitable once it started
production and the recent cap raise dissappointed
many.

If we look at FML basic fundamentals we see:

MKT Cap......... $194 Mil
# of Shares......2.9 billion
SP:...............6.7 cents
Earnings per Share 0.43 cents (Blink & its gone)
Employees.........5 (as per Google Finance)

(Todays report indicates that the company may be taking on more staff)

In summary the company needs to consolidate @ 10 to 1.
Ramp up its earnings to at least 10 cents/share
post consolidation and then self fund further exploration
rather than dilute the shareholders again.

At a P/E of 10 that would take the value of the share to $1.50 post consolidation- equivalent to 15 cents now.

FML as it is now looks just another penny dreadful to potential gold mining investors.
