The effects of Japan's recent tsunami is fermenting. After Germany announced abandoning nuclear power by 2022, japan is following? not definite yet. one thing is certain. Coal supply is going to be strained. victoria's brown coal with 60+ % moisture is valueless without Coldry. The debt ridden state government and power stations must be mad not to take advantage of it. If we look through the past two years, we can not say we did not have significant progresses. we bought the IP. We upgraded the pilot plant to be comercially viable and had two sales sealed. The VCPl has progressed significantly. Fisibilities have been done by the sounds of it? Both joint venture agreement signed in Haoni and initial funding announcement only mentioned RFT. It is illogical to think that the fisibility has not been done or the result is NO. (I don't know why they have not announce anything about it)I remember clearly in a poster someone asked Kos that what if Tincom falls off? the answer was someone else can take over with same term and conditions.( poster from SP3 by memory) obviously management prepared for that possibility.
