There is no doubt that the NEO thread drips with pro NEO bias as do most threads but a rant about directors getting an allocation of 3% of capital in options which are now at the money but were well out at the time of granting reminds me of a kid in a playpen throwing all his toys out - in the end you just can't reach them. Meerkat has his believers and hopefully added value all over the place but I havent worked out what that value is yet. I remember when you had your favorite topic on how expensive NEOO was v NEO but at least your value add on everything else was blindingly obvious.

That said I don't really know what my value add is except if you can convince me to invest in you favorite stock I usually do it in reasonable size and exit carefully.
