Newminer, I notice that you've asked the question shortly after Kiwi67 posted that "the matter had been logged with the court", maybe he can elaborate on his post.
I would say, if he's right, that a bit of gamesmanship is going on here, I've always thought that the B Tribe would need to roll its 50% of the N farm into the NKP mix because, as a shared stand alone asset, it would be of no interest to any major player in the industry.
Let's face it, there's no benefit to the B community in having this shared asset sitting deep underground for the next 20 years and that is what's likely to happen if they don't jump on board.
Don't underestimate the strength of the DMR decision making process on the awarding the prospecting rights over these two farms.
