is the 'best case' you talk about based on day rate or meter rate?
If we are to take best rates according to Pattos report (which discounts any revenue for CLRS) we would use the meter rate which provides 4 times the revenue you are working from.
Simple figures would be around $1.00 per share (using your multiple of 8) not taking into account any additional rigs or income.

The fact that we had a high with out income of just under 40c previously would seem to indicate that 30c is not that difficult to achieve?
