Couple of quick Q's re CHK production:

Why don't we have firm numbers from CHK re their Niobrara IP's? I understand wells stay confidential for a period - but don't see what benefit there is to the results being withheld by CHK.

Also - when will we know the value of the SSN dividend payments for oil carted out of the ground via ORRI wells? Are these numbers also maintained concurrently as confidential - surely they can they be deciphered from SSN 1/4 reports?

Would have thought that SSN would stand to benefit from the release of CHK results in a big way - especially if before Defender spuds - imagine the hype surrounding SSN if CHK announce 1700 bopd wells on adjacent land this / next month. In that scenario, reckon TB's chat re further 700% appreciation would be looking pretty safe ...
