When you and your ilk can explain to me in plain english how the effort of Australia to reduce our CO2 emissions to 5.2% below 1990 levels is going to make a difference to worldwide CO2 levels, when the developing world is growing, and consuming energy, at an exponential rate then I'll start listening.
