zeta...it is good to hear some real (true) reports from adelaide...

we usualy get 'real estate industry' version from that region...you know: all is good, we're not selling on purpose, its all for greater good...

...or even worse: we sold for record price (we just can not prove it to anyone...he he he!)

i mean, we know that they are 'covering up' but still...good to finally hear it from a 'non vested' participant !
