I can not believe the arragence of Stephen Jones and Cbio's fellow directors. Jones already pays himself $399,000, Jason Yates was paid $627,884 in 2009,James Greig total remuneration in that year was $527,000 and Ben Graham is paid far more than the market rate for a company secretary.(Note the CFO of Biota (market cap of $330m),Damian Lismore earned $429,000 in 2009)and now they want to give themselves performance rights - what an absolute joke!!.Jones has not taken into account the performance of Cbio's share price since listing. On day one the price fell over 55% and now he wants to reward all his cronies performance rights - I am still shaking my head in dis belief.I certainly hope every shareholder votes against the approval for the issue of performance rights to employees, I know for a fact I will be doing so.
