Goldman Sachs ... warning that (rare earth) supply is growing faster than demand

But shouldn't GS say:
Future supply is trying to grow faster than demand.
OR
Anticipated/hopeful/pumping claims of supply are trying to grow faster than demand.
I mean until we see China loosen quotas (unlikely IMO) or Lynas produces- supply is not growing at all.
Our share price is held down because we have yet to produce. But all of the projects a year or more behind us with lesser resources are somehow a given. I have never seen in my life so many junior's assumed to be going right to production even though NONE of the others are fully funded or beyond pouring first concrete blocks.
And when did analysts start discouting the stock furthest along on it's timeline. Wake up GS! Lynas is best of breed. The rest are a crapshoot with an uncertain wait IMO.
