Cooko, I wouldn't worry too much about the conditions required to trigger vesting of the shares. They are virtually give-aways. If there is any good news on the interest of a pharmaceutical company I would expect the share to hit $1, even if they retreat afterward. The liquidity in this company is low enough that it would probably take less than $100k to trigger the vesting.
Like a lot of other people though, I wonder what level of performance is demonstrated in getting the shares back to the IPO price.
