Wot rubbish music.

NB: Cudeco currently holds a mining lease (ML90117). Its for the north-east corner of the Project site [Fairfield] which by the way is noted as an extension zone of the ML90177 full bottle application. [This lease will be conditionally surrendered to take effect on the granting of ML 90177 - when it is approved.]

This is possibly a 40yr mine and DERM will be taking that into account. WA has a history of tinpot mining leases poping up and bankrupts walking away leaving their effects behind with no cleanup/restorative measures.


Hoots - apart from Chumvale pastoral lease who eles is effected - Cloncurry Council has already provided rosd access - so only power access is required [water OK], and processing plant was earmarked as onsite in SE corner.
