PS: Oh yes - almost forgot. Why would the directors of the company, once it has been delisted and taken private, have ANY obligation to distribute money back to anyone? They do not have to follow any ASX rules any more. Do you seriously think they are going to fling out a few million dollars out of the goodness of their hearts?
Why do you think they have been buying back the shares in the first place? That was the plan all along.
They are corporate raiders - they find a small company in trouble, weasel their way in, strip the assets, sell what they can, buy back enough shares and then take the company private and divvy up the proceeds among themselves.
That's why they're rich and you aren't.
