I just asked because you've suggested on more than one occasion that PALA should be buying more.
We have a number of posters like yourself that have 'buy' as their designated sentiment, So I thought I'd ask if you were doing as your sentiment suggests.
Given you've now told us that you don't have the funds to buy, but probably wouldn't even if you did, perhaps your 'buy' sentiment is a little misleading.
