The reference to EFTel Limited as being the closest rated competitor of Ipernica should be a clue that this so called "due diligence report" is a heap of garbage simply designed to suck 20 bucks from the gullible.

I would bet that this is a computer generated 'report', value=0 to purchaser, and 20 bucks per gullible purchaser to the producer of the report.
