I'm still not clear on the investment properties (i.e. what percentage ownership of these has transferred to UOADEV and what is retained within UOS). I've requested clarification from Company numerous times, but despite the promises of their admin that Co. Secretary will respond - still no response. Annual Report shows percentage ownership pre UOADEV listing through various subsidiaries, but can't confirm structure post listing as pro-forma post IPO statement only gives total value of minority interest of subsidiaries of UOA, with UOADEV reported as a single line item of minority interest. Am I missing something? How did you determine the $443m in investment properties as being retained by UOS?
Also, interesting to see that UOA bought shares in UOADEV just after the listing. I did the numbers but don't have them with me. I think they now have around 67% after buying roughly 9m UOADEV shares on market - probably as part of their price stabilisation efforts.
